The client utilised their existing National Property and Programme Manager for the design elements of the project together with the Director of Building Surveyors to control the budget and variations.
The design specifications utilised the existing decoration colour scheme across the existing portfolio, ensuring the colour theme flowed with the office space.
The design specification was stipulated by the client prior to tender.
During the project the client implemented several variations, these were costed and agreed by the client, then implemented by TSB at the agreed timeline.
The TSB ‘Request for Information’ process was utilised by the project manager to ensure there were no delays to the programme and changes were documented for clarity.
